Executive Summary
This Acceptable Use Policy establishes binding behavioral standards, usage restrictions, and enforcement procedures for all EASiHub platforms and services. This policy supplements our Master Terms of Service and has contractual force as part of your agreement with us.

Prohibited Conduct (Security, Automation, and Integrity)
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content or directories;
- Use bots, headless browsers, automation, or multiple accounts to access the Services or evade enforcement;
- Bypass or disable access controls, rate limits, or security features;
- Impersonate others or operate deceptive profiles;
- Send spam or engage in manipulative behavior, including synthetic reviews or undisclosed endorsements;
- Collect or input third-party personal data into prompts or uploads without a lawful basis and permission;
- Conduct security testing (e.g., scanning, DDoS, exploit development) without our prior written authorization.
AI and Synthetic Media Misuse
You may not use AI features to create deceptive content, including deepfakes or synthetic endorsements, or to exfiltrate confidential data. AI outputs must be disclosed where required and used in compliance with applicable laws and rights.
Notice and Takedown; Repeat Infringers
We act on valid notices and counter-notices as described in our DMCA Policy (forthcoming) and enforce a repeat infringer policy. We may remove or restrict content and accounts that violate this AUP.
Enforcement
We may issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts based on the severity and frequency of violations.
